Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible.  It is out goal to have all orders packaged and shipping within 48 hours, depending on the time/day the order is received.

Shipping costs

Our shipping calulator is based upon the physical size and weight of the products you order.  We use standard size packages from our logistics partners. Costs include a packaging and handling component and no additional costs will be applied after the final order unless there has been an error in our calculations and the amount we have charged is less than the actual cost we are charged by our logistics partners.

Our shipping calculator prices are only valid of orders shipped within Australia.

Tracking of orders 

A tracking code will be supplied for all orders.
